It’s in the best interest of acne sufferers to be more hygienic to their skin, which means washing their face with hot water rather than cold water. Why not cold water? It can cause the infection to move to another area of the skin. Of course, water that’s too hot can cause skin damage.

Acne and Touching The Infected Area

Most people might be tempted to touch the acne area. However, this is the last thing they should do. If their hands do come into contact with it, the hands should be right away.


Acne and a host of other skin conditions are embarrassing for young adults to be afflicted with. After all, looks are an important part of who they are. Of course, making sure to follow a healthy skin regime and using the above tips can help them overcome and heal from these unhealthy conditions.
